For someone who's always been petite and fit - I was mortified when I'd put on 35kgs and 29kgs with both my children. After giving birth, I most definitely didn't "Ping" back into shape straight away. Together with the combination of Cardio, Martial Arts Training and a well balanced diet, I managed to regain my figure, and get even fitter than I was before. This all happened in a relatively short amount of time considering how much weight I had to lose.
Exercising and keeping fit has a lot of benefits, mentally as well as physically. So not only can you change your body, but you'll feel amazing in yourself as well!
